Payment

A £100 deposit which is non refundable is required with the remainder due within 6 weeks before arrival. We advise all holiday makers take out their own insurance covering cancellation

Instructions about access to the cottage will be given when you have booked and paid for your holiday either by phone or e-mail, whichever is best for you
All cheques should be made out and sent to Elizabeth Garvie,Silk Hill Farm,Bings Road,Whaley Bridge,High Peak, Derbyshire,SK23 7ND. And if possible can you supply an e mail address when booking so we can confirm all bookings in writing.We now also take payments using bank transfer.

We are a cottage mainly intended for couples. All prices are for two adults as we only have one bedroom

Please contact us regards odd durations of stays as we will do our best to accomadate stays of 3 days up to 30 days.

Change over day is Friday, but may be flexable when possible

Terms And Conditions
All bookings are subject to availabillity.
A non-returnable deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Any provisional bookings made by telephone or email will be held for 5 days until deposit is received.
All payments to be made by cheque by return of post, payable to: Elizabeth Garvie
All customers are kindly asked to note that, the payment of a deposit renders them liable to pay the balance unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.
Prices include all,electricity,bed linen and towels.
Any cancellations of holiday bookings should be made in writing Nb: We recommend that customers take out Holiday cancellation insurance policies to offset any losses incurred by holidays having to be cancelled.Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date will result in no refund being made
Well behaved pets are welcome, but we do ask customers not to leave pets unattended.
Arrival is requested after 3:00pm and Departure by 9-30, 10:00am at the very latest.
Customers must be a minimum of 18yrs of age.
Any damage to the property or its contents are the customers responsibility.
The customer must keep the holiday property, all furniture/fittings and effects in or on the holiday property in the same state of repair/cleanliness and general order in which it was found. Customers are asked to inform the owners of any breakages/faults.
The owner will be entitled to make any additional charges to the customer for any additional cleaning required or damages incurred.

Customers renting our property will be bound by our terms and conditions .
